Surgicon 18 ( Innovations in surgery )
An international Surgical conference organized by by society of surgeons of Pakistan Karachi chapter (president Prof. Adullah Muttaqi ) and SAARC surgical care society was held in Karachi Beach Luxury hotel on 24-25th November 2018.It was preceded by pre conference workshops on laparoscopic colorectal surgery and surgical errors and negligence. The conference was inaugurated by Sindh Health minister madam Dr. Azra peechoho .It was attend by surgeons from all over Pakistan and abroad including SAARC countries. Prof .Shiva Kant Misra ( president SAARC SCS ) ,DR.Razni from srilanka . It was attended by prof.mumtaz mazhar and prof Abdul Majeed Chaudhry (past president SSCS ) and prof.Abdul Razaque Shaikh (president Pakistan society of surgeons Pakistan and vice president SSCS)
The sessions in conference included on lower GIT surgery .Upper GIT surgery , Breast surgery Bariatric surgery ,ERAS .GIST ,Minimally invasive surgery
