Activities of the Society of Surgeons of Nepal

Society of Surgeons of Nepal

Due to the COVID situation, the Society of Surgeons of Nepal has performed only some activities that could be carried out without meeting physically as per government rules.

Following activities have been carried out:

1. Revising the member lists and updating their information
2. Making new Membership Certificates and ID cards
3. Holding occasional Webinars
4. Formulation and revision of some Surgical Guidelines with regards to COVID-19 infection
5. Organizing Zoom programs to honor and pay homage to senior members of the Society who have demised due to COVID-19
6. Helping to formulate the new surgery syllabus for the post graduate course.
